Toronto hosts six World Cup matches at BMO Field, a temporary-expanded lakeside venue that will increase from 30,000 to ~45,000 for the tournament. Canada's opening match is here on 12 June 2026 vs Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The city is compact and extremely walkable — most visitors base themselves downtown and use public transport or walk to matchday events.
